Operating hours are erratic and nonsensical. Overstaffed and underutilised. Waiting time was 30 minutes for a small burger which was $15+ and should've been $11-$12. Potentially look at doing some local Facebook marketing (audience insights), try to get seating out the front of your shop to create an ambience as the shop lacks presence. These are just a few ideas, but I'm sure if you take on constructive feedback from your customers, your business will go from strength to strength. CheersApril 22, 2017
